Walk : Erzenbach Falls

4,6 Km 1h45 250 Easy

At the start of the Clairière du Silberthal in Steinbach, in the middle of the forest, lies one of the most beautiful waterfalls in Alsace: the Erzenbach waterfall. This can be translated from Alsatian as the ‘ore stream’, in reference to the old iron mines located nearby. It's an accessible walk for children, and always shaded. Its strong point: the educational panels set up along the route and the staircase overlooking the waterfall.
